29,600 - 30,800 + additional 3250 - 6500 per year for sleep in's

08:00- 22:00 39hrs per week


Full UK Driving Licence is required

What you'll do:

As Deputy Manager

, you'll support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality, therapeutic care for children and young people. You'll be a key leader, role model, and mentor, helping staff grow and ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and empowered.

Support the Home Manager with day-to-day operations. Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver therapeutic, high-quality care. Be a positive role model for staff and children alike. Manage rotas, budgets, and ensure we meet Ofsted standards. Create a home environment where young people feel safe, supported, and valued.

Requirements

3 + years' experience working within a Residential Children's home. NVQ Level 4 in Children and Young People Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures. Experience with budgets and rotas A full UK driving licence
