What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire your team using a trauma-informed, outcome-focused approach
Work closely with our therapeutic specialists to deliver meaningful care
Support the Registered Manager with compliance, safeguarding, and daily operations
Mentor, supervise, and support the development of your team
Champion Athena's values in everything you do
What We're Looking For:
QCF Level 3
in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
2+ years' experience
in a residential children's care setting, including shift leading
A
manual driving licence
(6 points or fewer)
A natural leader with strong communication and teamworking skills
Passion for supporting young people and developing others
Must be
21 or over
