Your Role
Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will:
Support in the
day-to-day running of the home
, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding regulations.
Provide
leadership, guidance, and motivation
to a dedicated care team.
Promote a
therapeutic, trauma-informed approach
that puts the child's needs first.
Oversee and review individual
care and placement plans
, ensuring outcomes are achieved.
Manage rotas, supervisions, and staff development.
Lead by example in maintaining high-quality care standards.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and professionals.
Contribute to inspections, audits, and continuous improvement.

About You
We're looking for a passionate and experienced childcare professional who shares our ethos of compassion, integrity, and teamwork.
You will have:
Minimum
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Level 5 preferred or willingness to work towards it.
Proven experience as a
Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager
in a children's residential setting.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent knowledge of
Ofsted regulations
, safeguarding, and care planning.
A calm, reflective approach and the ability to model therapeutic care.
Full UK driving licence.
