What you'll do:
Assist the Home Manager with daily operations.
Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding therapeutic care.
Act as a positive role model for both staff and children.
Manage rotas, budgets, and maintain compliance with Ofsted standards.
Build a safe, supportive, and empowering home environment.
Requirements
3 + years' experience working within a Residential Children's home.
NVQ Level 4 in Children and Young People
Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
Experience with budgets and rotas
A full UK driving licence
