Are you passionate about Dementia care? Determined to drive continuous improvement to enhance Residents quality of life.
We are looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic Deputy Manager who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our award winning team. Must have level 3 or higher in health and social care and previous experience, must be willing to work towards level 5 leadership and management.
To assist Manager in day to day running of the home.
Ashdene is a 41 bedded Dementia residential care home, that has been established for over 20 years. You will play a key role within the home, getting to know our Residents and ensuring the best possible person centred care is delivered to our Residents, promote choice, dignity, respect and equality at all times.
We are looking for someone with natural leadership skills who is confident, someone who is willing to constantly update their skills and knowledge and be able to cascade this throughout the home. Knowledge of audits, care plans etc an advantage. Must be flexible to fit in with the needs of the home. Someone who is looking for a long term career as we need consistency for our residents and team.

Full time hours including alternative weekends.
5.6 weeks holiday per year (pro rata)

Pay: From 28,000.00 per year
