What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the Nursery Manager with the
daily operations
of the setting Ensuring children experiencestimulating, age-appropriate learning
Building and maintainingpositive relationships
with children, staff, and families Supervising and developing the team to ensureoutstanding childcare practice
Supporting the creation oftraining plans
and tracking staff progress Contributing to the achievement ofoccupancy targets
Managingcommunications, concerns, and complaints
in a professional and timely mannerAbout
