Time for something new, where you'll play an important role in the opening of a newly refurbished pub. You will be part of a team who pull together, wear big smiles and deliver exceptional hospitality every day.
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager for a new independent pub in Stourbridge.
We'll deliver the very best, so our guests keep coming back! We're obsessed with detail, every little thing matters; from the curbside appeal to the way the tables are laid, the shininess of the glasses and how our guests are made to feel. Hospitality is a feeling, and a visit to us will be memorable for more than just great food and drink.
This will be the second pub for a ambitiously growing award winning independent gastropub company, you will be working alongside gastropub experienced owners, coaching, training and leading the team in their absence.
Energy levels up and maintaining high standards will be key. You'll be a confident and approachable leader, focused on having a team that enjoy working together. You'll be a foodie, eager to develop you food and drink knowledge will add input to strive to be the best pub for miles.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 31,000.00-33,000.00 per year
