Hours: 40 per week (Days)
Salary: 50,000 per year
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Nurse Deputy Manager
to join our team at a well-established care home. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting both staff and residents.Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager in the daily running of the care home. Provide strong clinical leadership to nursing and care staff. Ensure high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for all residents. Monitor compliance with
CQC standards
and maintain regulatory requirements. Identify safeguarding concerns and follow appropriate referral pathways. Mentor, develop, and support the care team to deliver person-centred care. Assist with audits, care planning, and policy implementation.Requirements:
Qualified Nurse with valid NMC registration. Previous experience as a
Deputy Home Manager
in a care home setting. Strong clinical skills with excellent knowledge ofCQC regulations
. Ability to identify and manage safeguarding concerns appropriately. Leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
