We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our busy Warrington Depot. The role of Deputy Manager is to support the Depot Manager on a day to day basis in the management and smooth running of the team and the Depot itself.
The ideal candidate for this role will have Depot / Sales experience and will have a clear understanding of how to work efficiently in a Deputy Manager role. This position requires someone who is a dedicated team player and who has the success of the overall depot in focus
You will be required to cover the Depot Manager if he is absent or, you will be working alongside the Manager focusing on the following key areas:
Position Objectives:
Oversee All Depot Operations in the absence of the Depot Manager
Organising Transport for the depot for all vehicles
Ensure open quotations are dealt with in a timely manner
Chase all late cash hires and keep to a minimum
Deal with all loss damages initially and liaise with the Depot Manager
Keep Stock replenished at all times
Assist the Sales Hire Controller Taking Orders
Contract conversions must be 85% above
Ensure no equipment is hired under inspection
Ensure all telephone calls are handled correctly
Improve Hire Protect Sales
Meet Depot Targets
Contribute to the overall depot sales targets
Working hours: Monday - Friday.
