What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery Leading and mentoring staff to deliver high-quality early years education and care Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards, EYFS framework, and safeguarding policies Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and staff Taking a hands-on role in the rooms when required, leading by example

About You:

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 desirable) Experience in a senior role within a nursery setting Strong leadership and communication skills A deep understanding of EYFS and safeguarding practices Passionate, professional, and child-centred
