and compassionate health and social care professional for an Senior Support Worker based in Burtonwood, Warrington.



This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced deputy manager, you will assist in leading a team of Specialist Advanced Support Workers and support an adult with a learning disability, tourettes, OCD and complex needs, to lead the best life possible.

32,000 to 35,000 per year

Empowering a Young Man's Independence (Burtonwood, Warrington)


A passionate and dedicated Senior Support Worker with a proven ability to inspire and lead is needed. A dynamic individual is sought to join a supportive team in Burtonwood, Warrington. The candidate will play a pivotal role in empowering a young man with learning disabilities, Tourette's, OCD, and complex needs to live his best life possible.
This is a unique opportunity to make a profound and lasting difference in someone's life. The candidate will lead by example, promoting independence, fostering an engaged team of Specialist Advanced Support Workers, and championing person-centred outcomes.

About the Young Man you'll be Supporting:


He is a vibrant and active young man with a passion for:
Films and Music: Someone who can share his enthusiasm for these interests.
Football and Fitness: He loves being active and has his own home gym, so someone who can get involved and encourage his daily physical activity is needed.
Gadgets and Gaming: He enjoys playing his PlayStation and exploring new gadgets

What you'll bring:


A professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 with supervisory units, or Care Management Level 3 in England).
Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours requiring intensive support planning and management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, and a calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
