We are seeking a

Deputy Nurse Manager

to join our team at Care Home, bringing expertise in delivering high-quality care and leading a dedicated team. This role offers a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support the day-to-day management of the nursing team to ensure the highest standards of care. Engage with service users to understand their individual needs and provide excellent care. Identify and implement appropriate referral pathways for safeguarding adults and managing abuse cases. Assist with the development and training of staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and care standards.
Requirements:

NMC Registered Nurse

with relevant post-registration experience (MUST) Previous experience as a

Deputy Home Manager

or similar leadership role. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with service users and staff. Sound knowledge of safeguarding procedures and referral pathways for adult abuse. A caring and compassionate approach to nursing, with a focus on improving the quality of life for residents.
