Responsibilities

Support and lead the nursery team alongside the Manager Ensure compliance with EYFS and all regulatory standards Foster strong relationships with parents and staff Maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment

About You

Level 3+ Early Years qualification

Previous leadership experience in childcare Strong EYFS, safeguarding, and SEND knowledge Confident team motivator and communicator Eligible to work in the UK
