Deputy Nursery Manager

to support the leadership team and help shape the future of our nursery. This is an fantastic opportunity for someone who is hands-on, enthusiastic, and eager to play a key role in growing and building a trusted, thriving setting for local families. As the nursery is only small this is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to take their first step into leadership.

About the Role

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will:

Support the Nursery Manager in leading the rebranding and relaunch of the nursery. Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Help inspire and guide staff, fostering a positive and professional team culture. Work closely with families and the community to build strong relationships and trust. Contribute to the nursery's growth and development, ensuring it flourishes both educationally and operationally.
