Dottie Tots Nursery School in Churt is a vibrant, imaginative nursery set in the heart of the village, just minutes from Hindhead. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Deputy Manager to join our brilliant team. You'll work closely with our Nursery Manager and existing Deputy, sharing leadership responsibilities to inspire staff, support families, and deliver the very best outcomes for children.
This is a
hands-on role
with a strong focus on childcare delivery and practice leadership, not paperwork. With an admin team in place, you'll be free to focus on what matters most: children, families, and staff.
What we're looking for:
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Strong post-qualification experience, ideally with leadership responsibilities
Passion for early years education and child development
Knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
A collaborative, supportive, and positive approach
