As Deputy Operations Manager, you'll help lead our small, talented team to deliver unforgettable moments every day. From anticipating guest needs to supporting food, drink and housekeeping service, you'll be a key figure in making the Manor run smoothly - and making each guest feel truly at home.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Delivering warm, intuitive and personalised service in the unique Foxhill style
Supporting daily operations and upholding five-star standards throughout
Leading by example - setting the tone for service, pace and presentation
Working with chefs, housekeepers and the estate team to create seamless experiences
Training and supporting the team to improve service and confidence
Staying on top of rotas, guest feedback, costs and operational details
Being a true host - visible, proactive and always ahead of guest expectations
You'll work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and will
need a full UK driving licence
as you'll be helping across the estate.

Total package: up to 41,600 per year
(39,140 basic plus gratuities), plus:
