Lead on leakage control and stock integrity - monitor and investigate stock discrepancies, damage, courier losses, and returns. Develop and maintain leakage reports and KPIs, presenting weekly findings to the Ops Manager and senior management. Work closely with warehouse managers to ensure consistency, accountability, and adherence to best practices and SOPs. Identify process weaknesses and implement practical solutions to reduce waste, damage, and delays. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, accuracy, and stock flow across sites. Audit warehouse performance, accuracy, and compliance regularly. Support the roll-out of new systems, policies, and efficiency initiatives (e.g., EasyWMS updates, conveyor calibration, downtime reporting). Act as cover for the Operations Manager when required, maintaining site leadership and decision-making authority. Foster collaboration between warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to reduce errors and improve service. Assist in warehouse readiness for peak periods, system go-lives, and stocktake events. Champion health and safety standards and promote a culture of responsibility and cleanliness on site.

Skills & Experience
