We are seeking an outstanding strategic leader to join our senior team as
Deputy Principal: Curriculum & Quality
. Working closely with the Principal, the existing Deputy Principal and the Board, you will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of curriculum and quality, ensuring that every learner receives an exceptional experience and achieves their full potential.
This is a senior post-holder role with a broad and influential remit. You will lead the design and delivery of high-quality, future-focused provision across a range of provision such as A Levels, vocational programmes, T Levels, apprenticeships and adult learning. You will play a pivotal role in delivering the College's strategic aims, leading teams to continually improve teaching, learning and outcomes, while contributing to wider sector developments through our strong local and national partnerships.
