Ipswich Town Football Club is looking for a proactive and experienced Deputy Security Manager to support the Security Manager in leading and coordinating all aspects of security operations across Portman Road Stadium and Playford Road Training Ground.

In this vital role, you will play a key part in safeguarding our players, staff, visitors, assets, and facilities. You'll bring strategic insight, operational know-how, and strong leadership skills to ensure the delivery of a safe, secure, and compliant environment at all times.

Who are you?

Experienced in security, law enforcement, or military operations, with a solid understanding of security protocols and procedures Proven leadership in a supervisory or managerial role, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Strong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and professional approach Calm and decisive under pressure, able to assess situations quickly and respond with sound judgment Confident using Microsoft Office and familiar with security management systems or tools Holds a minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C in English and Maths (or equivalent qualification) Possesses a full, clean UK driving licence
