The Role:





We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Deputy Service Lead to support the management of our adult services across Liverpool, including a care home for adults with acquired brain injury, a supported living home, and a day provision for community support.



In this role, you'll work alongside the Service Lead to ensure high-quality, person-centred care across all settings. You will lead a team of Team Leaders to deliver standards and the values of Nugent across the Liverpool City Region.



The Deputy Service Lead will provide day-to-day management of services, ensure regulatory compliance, act as the Registered Manager where required, and support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for those we support. Deputies will act on behalf of the Service Lead when necessary and contribute to delivering strategic objectives.

The Successful Applicant:




The ideal candidate will have experience in adult social care and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
You'll bring strong leadership skills, a good understanding of CQC standards, and the ability to work across multiple settings.
We're looking for someone who is organised, compassionate, and confident in supporting both staff and individuals with complex needs.
A Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential, with Level 5 or a willingness to work towards it preferred.
