Southcroft Lodge provides hotel-style accommodation for patients discharged from hospital, support for those in Crisis in the Community, long-term supported-living community placements and B&B step-down from the hospital.

Deputy Service Manager

Salary: 38,000 - 40,000

We are looking to recruit a

Deputy Service Manager

to support the smooth running and delivery of services to our Service Users in all our schemes

.

You will be responsible for leading and managing teams of employees, as well as overseeing critical functions such as communication with third party health care professionals.

Essential Education and Qualifications:

1.Qualified health or social care professional


2.Must have appropriate qualifications to demonstrate robust understanding of Mental Health


3.Must be NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Health & Social Care Management and Leadership or above qualified (or working towards)


4. Must have knowledge of CQC regulations and assessment framework

Essential Skills:

1.Ability to manage schedules and monthly reports to deadlines


2.Able to undertake compliance audits


3.Coordinating learning and development activities for staff


4.Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communicator


5.A good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams


4.Able to demonstrate Southcroft's Core Values in the workplace


5.Proactively able to follow processes, practices and documentation


6.Able to ensure relevant compliance information is collated and processed within agreed deadlines


7.To have an appropriate written and spoken command of English that supports the role to which employed


8.Good understanding of relevant regulations and best practices in the field.
