Priory Eden House is seeking a dedicated Deputy Service Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) and will involve occasional travel to other local sites. A full driving licence is therefore preferred.




Eden House, part of Priory, is an affordable, 18-bed residential service in Mill Hill, North London. It is home to Flourish - our pioneering therapy-led addiction programme - offering bespoke treatment for a wide range of addictions in a calm, homely environment. Set within a supportive community, Eden House provides a safe haven away from the stresses of daily life, forming part of our wider network of residential addiction treatment homes across the UK.


Delivered by qualified therapists in a non-medical setting, Flourish offers an alternative to traditional hospital-based treatment. It's ideal for people who don't need a medical detox or ongoing medical care but would benefit from structured therapy, community connection, and practical tools to achieve meaningful, sustainable recovery.

What you'll be doing





You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.Support the Service Manager in the day-to-day operational management of the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to the staff team, promoting a positive and supportive working environment Assist with staff recruitment, induction, training, and performance management Support the delivery of person-centred care plans and positive outcomes for service users Contribute to quality assurance, audits, and service improvement initiatives, including working across local sites when required

What you'll bring to the role

The successful candidate will have experience working in a health or social care setting, ideally within a therapy or therapeutic service. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is desirable, along with a good understanding of person-centred care and regulatory standards. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to support and motivate staff, and a flexible approach to working across services. A relevant health or social care qualification is desirable, and a full driving licence is preferred.
