Prevention and Inclusion have an exciting opportunity to recruit a deputy team manager who is inspiring, dynamic and able to make positive contributions to transform the lives of the families we work with. You will work within a team who is driven by delivering services that give children the best possible start in life, with our goal being to ensure comprehensive support and development for children in their early years.

This role encompasses various Early Years themes, including but not limited to:

Programme Planning and Delivery: Supporting the delivery of Flying Start and Expansion programmes. Childcare Services: Procuring and developing childcare services. Child Development and Health: Supporting child development and health pathways. Early Years (0 - 7 years): Offer management support for all early year's services as part of a wider management team.

Reporting into the Team Manager, your role will involve leading and managing a large team and budget monitoring. You will be required to ensure adherence to statutory regulations and provide quality delivery of services for vulnerable families. Effective partnership working is essential for the role, particularly in responding to emerging research and evidence-based practices.
