The purpose of this role is assisting the Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Design & Construction Team with daily administrative functions and office duties. Responsibilities include:

  • Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
  • Applies the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibility
  • Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
  • Demonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration
  • Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity
  • Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office software and specialty software packages
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Willing to learn new tasks as assigned
  • Ability to prioritize work on several concurrent activities
  • Ability to communicate professionally with both written and oral techniques
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts
  • Manage project equipment/supply orders and invoicing
  • Manage department credit card reconciliation and cross-charge reports
  • Capture and transcribe notes and action items from project meetings
  • Communicates effectively with client staff members
  • Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, related experience helpful
  • Work independently
  • Self-motivation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • High energy, honest, dependable, and trustworthy;
  • Strong attention to detail
Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
