to support the configuration and implementation of the NerveCentre EPR system across United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. You will lead the design and build of complex clinical and operational modules within a multi-disciplinary environment, ensuring high-quality patient-centred digital care pathways.
This is a key delivery role in a major digital transformation programme, requiring strong leadership in user-centred design, agile working, stakeholder engagement and service optimisation across acute care settings
This role demands a strong background in user-centred design (UCD), interaction design, and service design, translating user needs into service blueprints and scalable design solutions. You will also champion iterative design, agile delivery methods, and continuous development in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
There are 3 tranches; tranche 1 - Aug 2026 Go live (Foundation EPR and safety), tranche 2 - Feb 2027 Go live (Medical capability and administration), tranche 3 - June 2027 go live (enhanced clinical and PAS Last implementation) Note: starting all tranches now even though some are out in future.
This role will include in-depth analysis of current working practices, process mapping and policy analysis, and coordinating others to carry out this activity too - with the principles of User-Centred Design (UCD) in mind. The candidate will lead and support on design and build, including testing and go-live activities.
The postholder will provide support to the EPR team to implement the Trust's digital strategy through the lifecycle of the programme.
