We're seeking a visually driven marketer with solid design skills (Adobe Creative Suite a must) and confident, secondary content abilities. This role is for someone with relevant experience looking to expand their career in a fast-paced, international environment. Working closely with the Group Digital Marketing Director and external partners, you'll help develop compelling written content that supports our marketing strategy across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping our brand voice, crafting impactful campaigns, and delivering content that drives awareness and engagement.
Note: This is an on-site position (no remote/hybrid option).
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce on-brand collateral: brochures, datasheets, social graphics, slide decks, event materials, digital ads.
Create/adapt visual assets and short-form copy for product launches, customer stories and corporate updates.
Layout and update website/landing pages in the CMS (imagery, graphics, concise copy blocks).
Uphold and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
Contribute concepts, moodboards and messaging angles during campaign planning.
Light copywriting/editing (headlines, captions, emails) to support your designs.
Monitor industry and competitor creative trends to inform continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); motion/video skills (After Effects/Premiere) a plus.
Excellent eye for typography, layout, colour and brand consistency across print and digital.
Ability to turn briefs into cohesive visual and written deliverables.
Highly organised; comfortable managing multiple projects and feedback rounds.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic email marketing tools.
Understanding of social media creative and content best practices.
Bonus: additional languages (e.g., French, Dutch, Italian).
