About Allerton's Event Branding

At Allerton's, we deliver outstanding event branding products and services that build recognition and loyalty for sponsors, promoters, and venues. From scouting high-impact sites to innovating safe, sustainable modules, we bring creativity and operational excellence together. Our mission is simple: to increase customer visibility at events and deliver solutions that impress audiences while being safe, simple, and sustainable.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Site & Module Specialist to bridge the gap between discovering new branding opportunities at venues and developing innovative product modules for event installation. This role suits someone who enjoys being on-site, analysing venues, problem-solving with creative and practical solutions, and ensuring ideas move seamlessly from design through to installation.

You'll be responsible for visiting venues to validate dimensions, access points and exposure opportunities. You will innovate and refine branding products, and working closely with Creative, Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure flawless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Discover and assess new venue sites using customer briefs, surveys, and research (including photography, video, GPS mapping, and exposure analysis).

Record and maintain accurate site and module data, ensuring it is accessible, reliable, and kept up to date.

Collaborate with designers and fabricators to develop modules that are safe, durable, easy to rig/de-rig, and sustainable.

Conduct site and module trials, testing performance against safety, exposure, and customer value metrics.

Define and update module specifications (dimensions, weight, tolerances, lifecycle, sustainability factors).

Upload photographs, CAD drawings, and exposure ratings for each site and module.

Analyse transport and pedestrian flows, access routes, and hazards to validate site suitability.

Ensure risk and compliance checks are applied consistently for both sites and modules.

Provide weekly updates to colleagues and contribute to lessons learned after each event.

Share innovations and refinements that reduce labour, improve safety, increase exposure, or enhance customer impact.

What Success Looks Like

Sites and modules are launched on time, accurately, safely, and fully documented.

Data is reliable, accessible, and enables colleagues to plan with confidence.

Innovations deliver measurable improvements in speed, sustainability, cost efficiency, or brand impact.

Colleagues confirm ease of use and clarity of instructions.

High-value sites and modules generate repeat use and measurable returns.

Skills & Experience

This role would suit a recent engineering graduate.

Background in event branding, staging, live events, experiential marketing, or related technical/creative fields.

Confident conducting site visits, validating measurements, and assessments.

Strong practical/technical mindset with problem-solving ability.

Familiarity with CAD drawings, event structures, or technical specifications (highly desirable)

SketchUP/Rendering skills helpful.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Collaborative team player, able to work with engineers, designers, sales, logistics, and venues.

Commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
