Your role

As a Design Engineer, your mission is to drive innovation and excellence in developing and refining products, components, equipment, systems, technologies, and processes, while embedding sustainability into our product design by committing to science-based targets and ensuring our products serve this mission. Reporting to Technical Director, you will be at the heart of groundbreaking engineering projects.



You will


Ensure our research and design methodologies meet the highest scientific and engineering standards. Assist in formulating business plans and budgets to develop our product further. Analyze quality and safety test results to guarantee compliance with both internal and external standards. Stay ahead of industry developments and transform them into cutting-edge solutions for our customers. Deliver compelling technical presentations.

A degree in Product or Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or similar is preferred; other relevant qualifications will also be considered. You should have 3-5 years of design or manufacturing experience and a proactive approach to product development. Self-motivation and adaptability in a dynamic environment are essential. A solid understanding of material selection and manufacturing processes is required. Proficiency in 3D CAD software (preferably Solidworks) and knowledge of sound engineering practices are important. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality outcomes. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders are necessary.
