We are seeking a talented and experienced Tooling Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in composite materials and tooling design, with a passion for innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Design and develop tooling for composite manufacturing processes. Collaborate with Commercial and production teams to ensure tooling meets design specifications and production requirements. Utilize CAD software to create detailed tooling designs and drawings. Troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues during production. Continuously improve tooling designs to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Experience of working to ISO 9001 certification standards. Ability to coach and mentor junior team members.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Proven experience in tooling design, preferably within the composites industry. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX). Strong understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Strong communication and project management skills.
