Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and designing high-quality engineering solutions that meet client specifications. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical knowledge, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis. The Design Engineer will collaborate with Project Managers to ensure the successful execution of projects from concept through to completion.

Responsibilities

Develop and design engineering solutions using SolidWorks and CAD software. Create detailed schematics and system designs for various projects. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve design issues. Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Work with logic controllers to integrate systems effectively. Maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes and modifications.

Experience

Proven experience as a Design Engineer or similar role within an engineering environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with a solid understanding of engineering principles. Proficiency in using SolidWorks is essential. Familiarity with GD&T, schematics, logic controllers, and system design is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
