We are looking for a

Design Engineer (Asset Adoption)

who would like to help us reach our mission to "earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service".

As the Design Engineer (Asset Adoption) Your key responsibilities are

Validating and authorising construction and multi utility design submissions, to be built out by adoption partners on new build developments. Providing technical support to adoption partners on all aspects of design & the design process. Supporting the administration & accurate recording of design submissions through the design team. Supporting the managing of adoption partner relationships to ensure long term loyalty of customers. Liaising with adoption partners on all aspects of design & design processes. Liaising with other departments to progress approved networks in the design process.

About you

Knowledge of current Legislation & Technical Standards in utilities. Ability to work on there own and as part of a team. Experience of leading a team would be preferred. Experience with AutoCAD or similar drawing tools. Excellent customer service skills for both internal & external customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Willingness to learn and develop knowledge and skills.
