With only 5 years of establishment, this company is looking to expand in the residential market and grow their team of architectural experts, offering clear routes for career progression for all employees.
In this role, you would be responsible for designing and managing residential site layouts for clients, leading projects alongside the project manager as well as the junior designer within the team.
The ideal Design Manager would have come from an architectural background, with experience using CAD software for housing design and building and would have the ability to manage projects from the initial concept through to planning submission.
The Role:

• Designing, leading and managing residential site layouts
• Ensuring projects meet standards throughout the design process
• Managing junior staff members
• Communicating effectively with clients

The Person:

• Degree in Architecture or similar
• Ability to use CAD software
• Experience in architectural housing design
