Your Role:
Design Managers
will coordinate day-to-day management of the architectural and facades packages, ensuring design outputs are aligned with programme, buildability, and compliance.
Senior Design Managers
will take a lead role in driving the strategy for these packages, providing technical oversight, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring robust design governance from pre-construction through to handover.
Both roles are pivotal in embedding innovation, sustainability, and technical assurance within this ground-breaking healthcare project.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing the design process for architectural and facade elements, from early design development through delivery
Leading and coordinating design reviews and workshops with key stakeholders
Managing design queries, programme risks, and change control processes
Collaborating with specialist designers, supply chain partners, and NHS stakeholders
Driving innovation, quality, and sustainability within design solutions
(Senior DM level) Mentoring and supporting junior members of the design management team
What We're Looking For:
?? Degree-qualified in architecture, engineering, or related discipline
?? Experience delivering complex
architectural and facade design packages
on healthcare, life sciences, commercial, or complex infrastructure projects
?? Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of engaging multiple stakeholders
?? Previous experience working in live environments or complex site logistics (desirable)
?? Passion for innovation, digital delivery (BIM), and sustainable design solutions
