10,240 - 10,567 per annum

Hours:

18.75 per week, 3 hours 45 minutes a day (Mornings)

Contract:

Term Time Only (39 weeks/year)

Location:

Rochdale Road, Shaw, Oldham, OL2 7HS

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Design Technology Technician to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and experienced professional to make a meaningful impact and work as part of a team or under their own initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and safety checks on workshop tools and equipment. Carry out basic repairs and report faults. Prepare and set up materials and tools for demonstrations and lessons. Assist teachers during practical lessons. Keep the workshop clean, organised and ensure safe storage of materials and tools.

Key Requirements:

Proactive approach to Health and Safety. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Able to work to deadlines. Able to follow procedures.
