reduce costs, improve soil health, and achieve consistent yields

across the UK and beyond.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our engineering team, you'll:

Create accurate, high-quality

3D models and technical drawings

Develop technical diagrams for production and service teams Collaborate closely with

Production

to bring designs to life Design decals and draft new machine concepts Update operator and parts manuals for our current range Run

FEA simulations

on new and existing parts Support sales and service with technical documentation Mentor junior designers and share your expertise Ensure compliance with

Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC)

, EU Transport Regulations, and ISO Standards
What We're Looking For

Proven experience with

3D CAD

and

Adobe Suite

Background in

agricultural machinery

or manufacturing Strong technical drawing and modelling skills A detail-oriented, innovative mindset with a passion for engineering excellence
