We're looking for a Desk-Based Sales Executive who thrives on building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive success.

What You'll Be Doing



You'll be a driving force within our sales team -- engaging B2B leads, building lasting relationships, and closing deals that deliver real impact.

Proactively making outbound calls to identify and qualify new B2B leads, creating exciting new business opportunities

Jumping on inbound leads and following up with speed and purpose to keep the pipeline active and moving

Digging into each prospect's challenges and confidently positioning our telecom services as the ideal solution

Building strong, trusted relationships with clients through consistent, consultative communication via phone and email

Managing your own sales pipeline with energy and focus, prioritising the hottest opportunities to maximise results

Crafting tailored proposals that hit the mark and skilfully negotiating to close deals that work for everyone

Smashing achievable sales targets and KPIs that reward genuine engagement and meaningful results

Keeping accurate, detailed records of all sales activity, client conversations, and deal progress in the CRM

Working closely with marketing and product teams to share insights and continuously improve our approach

What We're Looking For



We're after a confident, motivated salesperson who's ready to build strong client relationships and close quality deals. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Proven B2B sales experience - ideally in a desk-based or telesales role, with a track record of hitting targets

A confident, consultative approach - you're more than a script reader; you ask smart questions and sell solutions, not just products

Strong communication and listening skills - able to build trust and understand what really matters to your prospects

Organised and proactive - you manage your time, pipeline, and priorities with focus and intent

Comfortable using CRM systems - confident updating records, tracking opportunities, and keeping things moving

A focus on closing deals - you know how to move opportunities through the pipeline and turn conversations into revenue

Eager to grow - you want to be part of a business that's going places and take your career with it
