We're looking for experienced IT professionals to provide

ad hoc desktop support onsite

, to clients within Edinburgh.

MUST HAVE MAC IT SUPPORT Experience.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues Provide remote support using remote access tools Attend onsite visits for installations, upgrades, or urgent support when needed Log issues and resolutions accurately

Requirements:

Previous desktop support experience (

Windows

/

macOS

) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage ad hoc tasks Access to transport for onsite visits (if required)
