Administration Despatch Clerk
in our
Talbot Green warehouse
.
Key Requirements:
The
key purpose
of this role is to accurately and efficiently process customer orders
Will be required to work evenings and weekends
Role could involve heavy lifting, exposure to temperature extremes and prolonged standing
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
Scheduling and releasing of customer orders to planned routes
Administration of customer orders, replenishment and despatch operations
Liaison with operations management and other departments regarding general queries and provision of information
Administration, collation and distribution of driver information
Running and distribution of general reports
Allocation of work areas to warehouse staff
Replenishment of warehouse stationary consumables
Some Key Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required
Essential
Basic numeracy and literacy skills are essential
Competent with Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel
Desirable
5 x GCSE (A-C)
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience in using PUTTY (but training will be given)
Ability to produce accurate work within agreed timescales
