Our Despatch team are critical to the smooth running of our operations. This is an opportunity to work as part of our Despatch team to ensure our products are produced to a high standard whilst also ensuring compliance to Health and Safety and Quality and Hygiene standards at all times.

Ensuring that all tasks are completed in line with Haribo's Safe Operating Procedures (SOP)
Operating all MHE in line with training
Controlling waste streams ensuring compliance
Ensuring all Despatch checks are completed in line with required schedule and are fully documented
Work planning and tracking all targets (using BDE and M3)
Checking the quality of products throughout the process to ensure it meets the required standard prior to leaving the site/department
Problem solving e.g. resolving and reporting on any downtime issues with support from Engineering

Ingredients you will bring:
Knowledge of Despatch processes
Supervisory experience
Previous experience operating MHE
Awareness of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
A good level of verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure
