ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated digital despatch supervisor to join our company. As a key member of the digital production team, you will have strong team-working ability and align closely with our company value of people-first in the way you interact with those around you.

The digital despatch supervisor will be responsible for managing the digital despatch function and ensuring consistent, high-quality prints are achieved daily. You will be responsible for daily shipping and order processing, ensuring consistent high-quality products are shipped within 7 working days, while being flexible and responsive to the needs of the business. Communication and leadership, outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail are vital for this key role. Continuous improvement is an essential part of the way we operate, and you will also be able to think on your feet to solve problems as they arise, while working calmly and effectively under pressure.
