We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items that reflect current culinary trends. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked. Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen procedures. Assist in managing kitchen operations during peak service times, ensuring timely delivery of meals.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment. Strong knowledge of food production techniques, culinary arts, and kitchen management. Experience in supervising staff and managing a team effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene in the kitchen. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes.
