Perfect Desserts requires part time Dessert Makers/Artisan kitchen assistants in
Leamore
, Walsall, to work between the hours of 5:00 pm till 11:00 pm , this job role is for part time week days and weekends evening work, please only apply if you can work late evenings. Shorter shifts can be given. Full training will be provided by the Managers.

To set up make-line
To bake the desserts accordingly
To wash and clean as you go
To clean as and when the shop is quiet
Excellent customer service to collections and take-aways' when taking the order
Taking orders over the telephone, this is compulsory, you must be able to take orders
To artisan the desserts and bag up and despatch
To prepare and cut the fruit as and when required
To top up fridges as and when required
Must know FIFO
Must be able to work on your own as well as in a team
Need to be calm and efficient and meet Dessert making deadlines
To clean and sanitize at the end of the shift and put away all toppings in the fridges
End of shift to sweep and mop up
Must be able to prioritise the work and use own initiative and be efficient
