We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team ! We specialize in serving a delightful range of desserts, coffee, and other hot and cold beverages, creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests and assisting with orders. Prepare and serve desserts, coffee, and drinks according to shop standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining and kitchen areas. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions. Restock inventory and ensure supplies are replenished during and after shifts. Adhere to health and safety standards for food handling and preparation. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a cafe, dessert shop, or similar food and beverage environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and a passion for desserts and beverages.
