We are seeking a passionate and skilled Drink and Dessert Maker to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of delicious beverages and desserts that delight our customers. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that every item meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities

Prepare and create a diverse range of drinks and desserts, following established recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Prepare drinks and desserts following recipes Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation or a culinary role is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, as well as basic maths skills for measuring ingredients accurately. Understanding of food safety practices and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Experience in a restaurant or cafe environment is advantageous but not mandatory; we value passion and willingness to learn above all.
