The SITS Development team is at the heart of advancing and refining the SITS platform, leading the way in designing, developing, and sustaining creative solutions that support every stage of the student journey--from initial admission through to graduation. We are looking for a Developer to join our Foundation Team, who support the core functionality, as used by all SITS customers, in all territories. This includes access & security, Menu System, System Tools, Import & Export, Reporting, Stu-Talk, TUP, Document Manager, Portal, Language Localisation, Tasking, Forums, and Campaign Management.

From enrolment to graduation, SITS empowers universities to seamlessly collect, analyse, and act on critical data, turning insights into meaningful action. It's more than just software; it's a transformational tool that streamlines operations, enhances collaboration, and ensures every student receives a personalised, outcome-driven experience.

The Role



As a Developer within the Foundation Team, you'll play a key role in maintaining, managing, and enhancing our SITS platform. We're looking for someone who brings outstanding expertise, commitment, and a high level of professionalism to the team.



Your Duties will include:



Undertaking bug fixing, script writing for the SITS platform.

Creating intuitive user interfaces and workflows that align with institutional needs.

Apply software updates, patches, and version upgrades while ensuring system stability.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the SITS Client and eVision environments.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand student administration workflows and translate them into technical solutions.

Contribute to the design and implementation of enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Participating in code quality activities such as Unit Testing, Code Review, with the ability to identify good coding standards and suggest improvements to coding standards and best practice.

To identify the root cause of defects, spot trends and patterns, and suggest realistic solutions.



The Skills you'll need:



High degree of technical ability across multiple technologies.



Thorough understanding of appropriate design patterns.



It would be great if you had:



Experience using Uniface as a platform.



Experience within an EdTech organisation.
