The role:
The Developer supports Liverpool City Council's digital infrastructure by designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable web-based solutions. Operating within the Customer and Web Technology service area, the role involves full lifecycle development--from requirements gathering to deployment--across a range of platforms and technologies including .NET, Umbraco, C#, and SharePoint/M365. The developer collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver secure, user-focused systems that align with organisational goals and technical standards.
