As a Development Baker, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:By providing exceptional food & service Ensuring the preparation & cooking of high quality food standards within the kitchen & exceed hotel standards & guest requirements Enhancing food & create a seamless brand experience for guests

What you'll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

Good knowledge of 5 star kitchen processes and operations Strong understanding & application of bread products, vienoisserie, fermented doughs Understanding of hospitality Industry & legislation e.g. Health & Safety, licensing; employment law Menus development, installation and training process Ordering systems, costing process and understanding yield process
Equipment cleaning, respect for high cost pieces and maintenance

Preferred Skills and Experience

Basic computer skills to include word, excel and email Good communications skills
