We're looking for a proactive Development Manager to help us grow our reach, secure sustainable funding, and build partnerships that create real change.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet organisational goals.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with funders, sponsors, and community partners.
Develop new funding and partnership opportunities.
Write compelling bids and proposals.
Work with our community to co-design projects that meet real needs.
Monitor and report on impact.
Experience
Proven experience in fundraising, marketing, or a related field is essential.
Strong relationship management skills with a track record of successful funder engagement.
Experience in fundraising, business development, or partnership management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of co-production and community-led work.
Passion for amplifying lived experience voices.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
