Job Description
EORI (UK) Limited are one of the largest independent customs agencies in the UK providing customs clearance services. Our purpose-built SaaS solution manages import and export requirements for large and small traders, logistics operators, and anybody who requires customs clearance.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic about software quality and delivering a great user experience to join our software development team.
You will be working alongside our Product and Development Teams and have the following key responsibilities:
Take ownership of tickets in each sprint and be responsible for their overall quality. Create documentation and test plans to ensure the acceptance criteria are met and quality is maintained. Provide feedback to the Development and Product teams based on the outcome of ticket testing. Reporting of issues found using our bug tracking software. Escalation of major issues to stakeholders. Assist in manual and automated regression testing. Provide functional and non-functional feedback to the Product Success team such as performance and UI/UX improvements.
Essential Skills:
A relevant IT or Software Development qualification. Competent in the analysis of requirements and identifying test conditions. Maintain a high level of documentation and quality across your work. Work well within a team-oriented environment as well as independently. An organised and strategic thinker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
Customs Knowledge to ensure the solution we deliver complies with Customs regulations - (training will be provided). Experience in software testing
