About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive

Manual QA Analysts

to join our quality assurance team. Whether you are just starting your QA career or bring extensive experience, this role offers the opportunity to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end manual testing for web, mobile, and/or backend applications. Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans. Identify, document, and report software defects using standard bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira). Validate fixes and perform regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing. Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Contribute to process improvements within the QA team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience in

manual testing

of web or mobile applications (experience level flexible). Strong understanding of the

software development lifecycle (SDLC)

and

software testing lifecycle (STLC)

. Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive

test cases

and defect reports. Familiarity with tools such as

Jira

,

Confluence

,

TestRail

, or similar test management systems. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative, Agile team environment.
